Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you do so at least 48 hours in advance. This helps me accommodate other clients who may be on the waitlist.

For cancellations made within 48 hours, a 50% cancellation fee may apply. I always do my best to be flexible, if an emergency comes up, please reach out - I'm happy to work with you!

*If you do not have a credit card on-file, the fee will be applied at your next visit. I appreciate your understanding and respect for my time

Same-Day Cancellation and No-Show Policy

If you miss your appointment without notice or cancel on the day of your service, it prevents me from servicing clients who would love that time. Because of this, all same day cancellations and no-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

*If you do not have a credit card on-file, the fee will be applied at your next visit. I truly appreciate your understanding and respect for my time, and I am always happy to reschedule - just let me know as soon as possible!

Late Policy

To ensure I have enough time to provide you with the best service, those who arrive 15+ minutes late will need to reschedule.

This helps me to stay on schedule and give every client the attention they deserve. If you're running late, just shoot me a text and I'll do my best to accommodate!


If you are unable to reschedule within the same business week, a $50 late fee may be applied at your next visit.
